Returns & Exchange Policy

At Coordsnmore, every piece is crafted with care and inspected before it reaches you. We encourage all customers to review product details thoroughly before placing an order.

All Sales Are Final

We do not offer returns or exchanges on any products. Please ensure you select the correct size and carefully review all product details, including measurements and descriptions, prior to purchasing.

Damaged or Wrong Item

We understand that mistakes can happen. If you received a damaged item or the wrong product, we will make it right. This is the only exception to our policy.

To raise a claim, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@coordsnmore.com with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. Once reviewed and approved, we will dispatch a replacement at no additional cost. Please note that replacements are the only resolution available — we do not issue refunds.

Non-Eligible Claims

The following are not considered valid grounds for a replacement claim — slight color variations due to screen settings or lighting conditions, minor stitching differences inherent to handcrafted garments, and size or fit concerns.
